Virginia International Tattoo 2025

This six-day trip offers a blend of coastal relaxation, historical exploration, and vibrant entertainment.

Day 1:
Arrive in Virginia Beach and enjoy a relaxing evening walking along the beach and boardwalk. Explore local restaurants, museums, and art installations at your own pace.

Day 2:
Start the day with a narrated tram tour of the Norfolk Botanical Gardens, featuring seasonal highlights and a diverse plant collection. Enjoy a buffet lunch and live performances at the Sheraton Norfolk Waterside Hotel, followed by the grand Virginia International Tattoo at Scope Arena, which showcases military bands, dancers, and drill teams. The evening is free to explore more of the Virginia Beach boardwalk.

Day 3:
Visit the Military Aviation Museum to see an extensive collection of WWII aircraft. After lunch with live entertainment, enjoy a special flight demonstration. The day ends with a themed Mermaid Beach Bash, including a performance by The Original Rhondels.

Day 4:
Tour the Nauticus Maritime Center and explore the USS Wisconsin battleship. After lunch, visit the MacArthur Memorial and Chrysler Museum of Art, delving into both military history and artistic collections.

Day 5:
Experience the Corolla Wild Horse Tour, a guided adventure to see wild horses roaming freely. Visit the Currituck Beach Lighthouse, shop at Timbuck II Shopping Village, and explore the historic Whalehead Club. End the day with visits to the Wright Brothers National Memorial and a farewell dinner cruise aboard the Spirit of Norfolk.

Day 6:
Return home, concluding a memorable trip filled with history, culture, and seaside fun.
